I'm back today with another Tiddly Inks Tuesday challenge..this week we are challenging you to put some COLOR into your cards! Some of you out there are going through some serious winter weather, so join us in the fun and get yourself into a Spring-happy mode :)
Ok- enough chit chat, on to my card. I colored Joy Bugg in a fun rainbow of colors :)

- Large scallop circle nestabilities
- Scallop border punch (Stampin' Up!)
- Ink: printer, memento tuxedo black
- Copics: {hair} E35, E37, E39; {skin} E000, E00, E21; {clothes} R37, R39, YR04, YR07, Y15, Y17, G14, G16, B01, B05, B24, B26, V15, V17
- Other: ribbon, buttons, stickles

Lysa!!! Oh so adorable! I LOVE how you colored that Tiddly bugg - but those scalloped papers are GORGEOUS!!! So many beautiful layers! The sentiment is perfect too!! Great, fantabulous, spectacular card!! But I knew it would be *wink*
