TGF March Blog Hop!

It's March 1st and you know what that means right??? It's release day at The Greeting Farm!!!

We are super excited with what's to come this month especially today's release of 2 Dollie w/sentiment sets, and Up Up Bean!

You should have arrived here from Chitra's blog.. if not I suggest you start at The Greeting Farm and hop along to each one of the designers (and leave a comment letting us know you did!) One lucky person will be chosen randomly to win the ENTIRE March release!!

I decided to ink up Dollie with Ice Cream again.. just can't get over this sweet face!  I think I went a little crazy with the layers on this card, but kept finding scraps, washi tape, ribbon, and ribbon that all seem to match & also decided to go blonde-ish this time around too.

You have all weekend to hop & the winner will be announce on Monday!

Happy Hopping! :)

Dollie with Bow

Welcome Back for another The Greeting Farm new release preview!

Today we're sharing the newest addition to the rubber collection.... DOLLIE with Bow!  She is just too sweet for words, so I won't say much more... except that she'll be available on March 1st!!!

Dollie with Bow

Isn't she just the sweetest?  She's another Dollie that has been transformed from digi to red rubber! Woohoo!

If you haven't been already, be sure to go back to The Greeting Farm blog and see what the rest of the team has created and leave them some love on their blogs for your chance to win too!

Feelin' HAPPY!

Ok.. third and final (I think!) post for today... so much going on this week I don't have enough days to post! LOL! Please see my 1st post HERE, and my 2nd HERE! :)

I have completely joined the "Clean & Simple" bandwagon and was able to whip up these 2 cards in no time thanks to the Winnie & Walter's The Big, the bold & the happy stamp set! Seriously LOVE this set!

I made this the other day.. saving it perhaps for my sister's birthday in a few weeks!
happy, happy, happy

and this one today for my husband as TODAY is his 40th birthday!

I always seem to 'over-think' cards when it comes to family.. but I think these clean & simple looks are just perfect!

Be sure to tune in tomorrow for another The Greeting Farm new release preview!

i ruff you!

Popping in super quick to share another Some Odd Girl card I made this week!

I discovered that I hadn't colored this sweet digi yet! Tobie is just SOO cute!!

i ruff you

I kept the card pretty simple since I just wanted to concentrate on the image since its just so SUPER cute!

Bon Voyage!

No, no no.. I'm not going anywhere (I sure wish I was...)

I just used this super cute Sending You My Love image from Chi Chi Memories for a sweet card to wish someone safe travels!

Finally taking a break from all the red & pink for Valentine's Day, and still on a rainbow kick from coloring this month's FREEBIE Handsome Boy (see my card here) I colored the balloons in an assortment of colors!

Bon Voyage!

Best Day EVER.

It's that time again... new releases coming on March 1 at The Greeting Farm!!!

Today we're showing off the first of 3 new rubber sets... DOLLIE with ICE CREAM!  She might look a little familiar to some of you as she was offered a digi - but now you can get her is some fresh red rubbah! :)

Best Day Ever

She just has the sweetest face, and cutest expression.. can't wait to use her again!

BUT until then... go check out what my teammates Kristina, Marcy, Chitra & Jodi have created too, and leave a comment at our blogs AND at The Greeting Farm blog for your chance to win this SWEET set!

Celebrate Today

I seem to go on spurts of creating cards with certain stamp lines.. and besides my design team projects- I've been  revisiting my {small} collection of Some Odd Girl images! They are definitely lots of fun to color!

On this card I used Weekend Kaylee, who's a freebie when you download the "Getting Started with Digital Images eBook"

Celebrate today

I've been working on expanding the color combinations I use in both papers and copics... discovering myself saying, "why didn't I think of that before?" a lot! :) So this was a fun one to create with bright pink, blue & gray! :)

Thanks for stopping by- here's to a fabulous week! (Can you believe it's already the last week of February???)

I had some fun playing with some new to me dies yesterday!

I recently acquired this Paper Smooches stamp set, Metropolis and the matching die Super 2. I wanted my card to focus on the diecuts so I didn't do too much stamping or coloring (*gasp!*).

Hello {city}

I layered the building dies a few times to get some dimension and added some sparkly windows for a fun realistic effect! I also used the 'hello' die from Simon Says Stamp.. I think I'm getting addicted to these dies NEED more! :)

A Day for Cupcakes

When ISN'T it a day for cupcakes??

When I saw the newest of the Chi Chi Memories release for this month, Enjoy Your Time definitely gave off an Alice in Wonderland vibe for me... maybe it was the clothes? the fact that she's about to enjoy that delightful little cupcake?  No matter.. I had to color her up to look just like Alice!

Day for Cupcakes

Question is will she grow big or tiny after that magic cupcake?

Share Your ♥

Happy Monday!

I was so excited when I sat down last night to do some crafting- I found a digital image that I didn't remember I had! It was like a new toy.. couldn't  wait to print and color it!  This is Lilli in an image, called Be Mine by Tiddly Inks. I decided to color her up and play along with the Love is in the Air challenge!

Share your ♥

So, tell me- how do YOU organize your digital stamps to remember to use them?  It's kind of like an out of sight out of mind thing for me- gotta find ways to change that!

Thanks for stopping by!

I'm joining the Dots & Hearts challenge @Lawnscaping

& the Have a Heart challenge @Simon Says Stamp!

(Hope my little itty bitty heart is enough to count!)

Happy Weekend!

Farm Fresh Friday: Recycled!

Hooray! It's FRIDAY!  and you know what that means.. it's another Farm Fresh Friday at The Greeting Farm!  This week Kristina is our hostess and she chose the theme of RECYCLED!

I inked up Anya from the I Heart Sweaters set... unfortunately she hasn't seen as much ink as she deserves... that's all going to change now! :) For my recycled items, I used a piece of cork from a DIY project I had done a little while ago, I embossed some acetate from stamp packaging, and finally finished it off with a string of baker's twine from a gift!

2/7 FFF

And what's one of my cards without some buttons, faux stitching and sequins?

Thanks for stopping by- hope to see YOU do some recycling and play along with us this week!

Hello Friend

2nd post of the day (please see my 1st post for Chi Chi Memories here)

I'm back again to share this darling new image from Tiddly Inks- she's SOOO cute & sweet!

This is Ellie! I couldn't wait to color her... I had to give her some 'shiny' black hair and I've been working on practicing coloring pleats- pretty please with how this one came out :)

hello friend

I just added a strip of washi tape and that sentiment is from a brand new company - Winnie & Walter I absolutely fell in love with the set, I'm a sucker for handwriting fonts, and I love how this one (The Big, the Bold & the Happy) mixes the different font size and style :)

Thanks for stopping by!

Secret Admirer

Happy Hump Day!

It's Wednesday so that means I'm popping in to share my latest Chi Chi Memories creation!  AND it's the beginning of the month which means there is a NEW set of images available! and these images are just getting cuter by the month!

This month there are 4 separate images: Mage, Secret AdmirerSending you my Love, & Enjoy Your Time

I chose to use Secret Admirer first, I just love that sweet look on her face! This is a great image for those "Thinking of You" cards... and that's exactly what I did! :)

Thinking of You

I'm a sucker for a cute girl image and lots of hair! :) Don't forget to play along with the CCM Challenge too!

Birthday Ian

I'm blogging over at The Greeting Farm today to share with you this card I put together for my nephew who will be turning 10 in a few weeks!

I used Birthday Ian, wiped away the ink from the "YOU" on the banner and swapped them out for 'ten'!

Birthday Ian "10!"

Birthday Blackboard

2nd post today... (although technically my first one was just really late last night!)

I am totally falling for the blackboard/chalkboard trend that is going around right now.. and couldn't wait to get my hands on this Birthday Blackboard stamp from Hero Arts! & I finally got the chance to play with it today... (never mind that "big" game that's today-- what's it called the Super Bowl or something? LOL )

Excited to play along with the birthday challenge over at Hero Arts too!  This is for the "Anything Goes" category.

Birthday Blackboard

I do believe this is a first card in a long time that contains NO coloring, I gave my copics the day off :) I also remembered that I had a jar of embossing paste laying around and had just picked up this chevron stencil and wanted to give it a try!

Enjoy the rest of your weekends! Until next time... Happy Stamping :)

Lucky Red Envelopes

Ok.. one last Chinese New Year post before the weekend is over!

Today we had another delicious Chinese New Year feast at my parents'

My mom is amazing... everything was sooo good!

The past couple of years I have been making my own red "lai si" envelopes to give my nieces. I love finding super cute images to put on them- and this year was no exception. I just *HAD* to use these adorable Sister Stamps Yoshimi on them!

Red Envies

ok.. and one last pic of my sweet boy celebrating his Chinese outfit :) ♥

Happy New Year! Gung Hay Fat Choy!
