Big Week @ Hero Arts!

Hello- & thank goodness it's almost Friday!

It's a BIG week over at Hero Arts! They launched a new redesigned website and expanded their online store full of more stamping goodies! For the challenge we were supposed to find inspiration from the website- it's full of card and scrapbook layout galleries and lots of great stuff!

These first two cards were inspired by cards made by the fabulous Kelly Rasmussen! This one and this one. I also received a lovely package of fimo buttons from a fellow Hero Arts friend, Jane- that I used on this first card.

Supplies: Heart-winged butterfly; All Occasion Messages (Hero Arts), Floral Screen embossing folder (Cuttlebug), Scallop border punch (Stampin' Up!), Inkssentials white gel pen (Ranger), Fimo button, string, Copic Markers

This next card is a birthday card for one of our many nieces!

Supplies: Playful Animals & All Occasion Messages (Hero Arts); Swiss Dots & Border Frills embossing folders (Cuttlebug), Scallop border punch (Stampin' Up!), Scalloped Square nestabilities (Spellbinders), buttons, ribbon, flower gem, Copic markers

Finally, this last card was inspired by none other than Shari Carroll with the card she made here, I don't have the crown she used- but thought it would be a cute idea to stick a crown on a cute owl!

Supplies: Make a Wish Messages; Whoo Loves You?, All Occasion Messages (Hero Arts), Swiss Dots embossing folder (Cuttlebug), Scalloped circle nestabilities (Spellbinders) ribbon, buttons, pearl gems, stickles, Copic Markers

Well that's it for now, have to go clean & organize my desk and get ready for the arrival of visiting family!

Thanks for stopping in!

I {heart} Hero Arts!

Hero Arts is launching their new site this Wednesday! There are tons of giveaways all week long and lots of fun to be had! Hop on over to the Hero Arts blog & check it out!

Happy Stamping!

My First Ian...

I'm back! It was nice to be back to my craft table- took a lovely break from the blazing Arizona summer for a week vacation in San Diego!

I was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to meet up with a fellow blogger, and Hero Arts Hostess Kelly for lunch yesterday
while she was in town visiting family! We took a quick picture before it got too hot (and no, we didn't plan to wear matching colors! LOL)

I made this card for Kelly using my recent picks from the Greeting Farm challenge a few weeks back- finally adding some adorable Ians to my collection! (Can't wait to ink up the other two!)

Supplies: Hello Ian (the Greeting Farm), Argyle embossing folder (Cuttlebug), Ticket corner punch (Stampin' Up!), Prima flowers, buttons, gems, Copic markers

Thanks for checking in! Happy Monday!
