Going Goth!

Well sort of... This week's Tiddly Inks challenge coincides with Tiddly Inks sponsoring the our fellow design team member, BETTY's own Burtonesque Dolls blog/challenge!

While I'm not quite into the 'Goth" style too much, the fabulous artist/Tiddly Inks owner, Christy, has put her own twist with the "Gothic Cute" line and I just had to pick up this wonderful Poppy image.. just look at all that hair!! LOL... LOVE it!

I chose to go with a pink & black combo...

Tiddly Inks Tuesday!

Its Tiddly Inks Tuesday!!

This week's challenge: No designer/patterned papers allowed! Make your background using stamps or digis...

There is definitely no denying that I ♥ patterned papers.. I've got piles and piles to prove it! ;) BUT Christy just released this ADORABLE Cookie Bugg in the store and I had to grab her- & I had the PERFECT Chocolate chip cookie background stamp to go with her.
Tiddly Inks: Cookie

I stamped the background on the brown cardstock using white ink- then again on the diecut shape using distress ink, it's hard to tell in the photo but I also spritzed it with some water mixed with perfect pearls to add a bit of shimmer.  Glossy accents & some Stickles topped off the chocolate chips & Cookie Bugg's wings for extra dimension!
