Tiddly Inks Treasure Hunt Blog Hop!



It's here.. It's here! It's the Tiddly Inks Blog Hop!! We're celebrating Tiddly Inks's first birthday with a Treasure Hunting blog hop!

You should have arrived here from Alex's blog if not.. please start here at the Tiddly Inks blog!

What would a treasure hunt be without a prize?  A few of us Tiddly Inkers & special guests have Pirate Jane 'hidden' in photos on the blogs, next to Jane will be a letter of a secret code..combine all the letters to form the the secret message!  (hint.. you'll need to follow the hop in order)  When you've figured out the secret message email it to ccart87@gmail.com and you'll be entered into a drawing to win a prize!!

The blog hop will be live from 12 AM CST on April 30 until 12 PM CST on May 3--be sure to be entered for the prizes by email before then and let your friends know about the fun.... (Winners will be chosen only from emailed entries and announced following the blog hop.)
Ok.. enough chit chat on to my projects!

First, when I saw this Flutterby image I knew exactly what I wanted to do with it :) My sister had taken my adorable nieces to a botanical gardens that has a butterfly garden. If you look closely you can see that one of the butterflies thought the flower on my niece's shirt was a REAL one!

and for my second project..after tinkering around in Photoshop some more I combined Bev and June together for this sweet friendship card...

    Lysa, gee...I am not sure what is more perfect...the girls and their sidewalk or the layout...definitely a toss up between perfect and perfect! :) I do know that all the hair coloring is absolutely divine, however. :)

    I don't know if the layout came about because of Flutterby, or if you had the pictures and layout and just needed a little something to complete it but the definitely were made for eachother. Beautiful!

    I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE your layout for your nieces card and the title it awesome. You couldn't have found a better image for this page. Super AWESOME job.

    The highlighting in Junes hair is gorgeous, I'm so jealous. I love seeing Bev and June as brunettes, the majority of other samples have them with lighter hair.
