TGF - All About Mom!

Time for another scrapbook challenge on The Greeting Farm!  With Mother's Day just days away- what a better time for our theme to be All About Mom!- Now that can be all about your mom or all about being a mom- totally up to you!

Since I don't have any kids- I decided to do a page for MY FABULOUS mom!  I used a picture from my wedding a few years ago.. (I have a similar photo with my dad I might just have to mimick this layout!)

I used the very versatile In the Spotlight Kit once again on my layout!  It's hard to tell in the photo, but to the left of the photo I stamped the ribbon-like background stamp in white ink.

Tiddly Inks Challenge: Fabric!

It's time for another Tiddly Inks Challenge!  Not only is it a challenge day- but it's the GRAND OPENING of the Tiddly Inks store!! You may want to pull up a chair and get comfy... there is just SO much cuteness you'll want to buy everything in the whole store!!

This week's challenge is to use fabric on your card or project...
Tiddly Inks: Fabric
I am not in any way a sew-er, I leave that to my mom & my sisters- lol!  So this was definitely a challenge for me- I folded the fabric in ruffles & used a stapler to attach it to my card base.  I'm pretty happy with how it turned out and may just have to go and buy fabric to use now! Shh.. don't tell my DH!

I added some glossy accents and seed beads to the cupcake for some fun dimension, and used a clear spica glitter pen to put some sparkle in her hair- it's hard to get a good picture of the sparkle...
Happy Bugg
Supplies:
- Happy Bugg (Tiddly Inks)
- Circle nestabilities
- Bazzill Basics cardstock
- Ink: printer, white gel pen, Broken China & Peeled Paint Distress Ink
- Copics: BG01, BG02, BG05, E000, E00, E11, E21, E25, E27, E74, E77, E79, YG0000, YG01, clear spica
- Other: fabric, prima flowers, pom-pom ribbon, buttons, pearl gems, glossy accents, rub-ons
