Happy September bloggy friends!
So excited that it's finally September (one step closer to cooler weather here in AZ!) AND because it's the 1st- it means RELEASE DAY @The Greeting Farm!!!
Today, you can find ALL FOUR new sets in the shop! (Holiday Anya 4, Dollie w/Gifts, Winter Greetings & Winter Kindness!) And we're celebrating with a blog hop!!
If you didn't arrive from Chitra's blog- I *highly* suggest you start with The Greeting Farm blog and make your way to check out everyone's fabulous creations!
BUT before we begin today's hop, we have a few special announcements. We are welcoming Rosemary Bridges as our DT Coordinator and Joni Wilson as our Guest DT Coordinator/Special Project leader and we thrilled! Jessica will still remain on the farm in some other capacities, but in her own words, she couldn't be more excited about these special ladies. They have wonderful energy and will do an amazing job in their duties and are also two of the most talented crafters as well! There's more on the blog from Jess about these new changes, but for now... let's get hoppin'!
I decided to go with the sweet girl from the Winter Kindness set! I used some embossing paste and stencil to create my background- I wanted to keep my card pretty simple, but still add some dimension to it...
One lucky winner who visits all of the DT's blogs, comments, and goes back to the TGF Blog letting us know they did will take home the ENTIRE SEPTEMBER RELEASE!
Your next stop on the hop is on to the wonderful Joni!
& just in case you get lost along the way....
Marcy Dangcil
Kristina Dishon
Jodi Elam
Chitra Nair
Lysa Rohrer *** You are here!***
Joni Wilson
Rosemary Bridges
The Greeting Farm
You have until 11:30pm CST to complete the hop and enter to WIN! Winner will be announced tomorrow on the blog and on our FACEBOOK page, so stay tuned!
Happy Hopping!

Runway Inspired Roses!
If you're looking for my The Greeting Farm preview post please scroll down or click here!
I'm sneaking in just under the wire today to join the Runway Inspired Challenge #66! I'd been wanting to play along all week and was waiting for some goodies to come in the mail to create the card I had in mind!
I used mostly MFT goodies to create my card (woodgrain stamp & these rose overlay dies with a few of the outer petals trimmed)
Finished it off with some *NEW to me* Pretty Pink Posh Sparkly Clear sequins!
Thanks for stopping by- have a FABULOUS weekend!

TGF Day 3 Preview: Winter Greetings/Kindness
HELLOOOO & HAPPY Friday!
I am so excited that it's Friday... especially since it's a Friday before a LONG weekend!
AND because it's the final day of The Greeting Farm previews... I think these sets are my favorite so far! (have I said that at every release??) Today the team is previewing 2 sets together Winter Greetings & Winter Kindness!
AND I'm also hosting the Farm Fresh Friday challenge this week too- It's a "use your favorite embellishment!" challenge!
My favorites of the moment have been shiny sequins and enamel dots! So, with that in mind I finally decided to give making a shaker card a try. This sweet cutiepie boy (I just want to squish his cheeks!) is from the Winter Greetings set...
OMGosh, I just totally LOVE these kids... so chunky, cute & cuddly! Be sure to check out the rest of the design teams' cards for their previews of the rest of the sets (you won't want to miss them!) and for your chance to win!!
All of this week's previews will be available on MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 1st!!

TGF Preview Day 2: Dollie with Gifts
Back again with another preview from The Greeting Farm!
Today we're sharing Dollie with Gifts! I absolutely love how this line of "Dollies" is expanding... and this one is so sweet and perfect for Christmas! She'll be available in the TGF Shop September 1st!
The trees and the sentiment are also apart of this set. I stamped the trees in Mowed Lawn Distress Ink (1st & 2nd generation inking) I used some pieces of scrap paper and washi tape to create my background.
I had way too much fun coloring her...but felt like her winter coat was missing something until I thought about using some fun flock & stickles for some fun texture!
Same drill as yesterday- swing by all the designers' blogs (Chitra, Jodi, Kristina & Marcy) AND The Greeting Farm blog to let us know you did for your chance to win!
Don't forget to come back tomorrow for the final preview and a new Farm Fresh Friday Challenge!

I decided to color up the super cute Hip Hop Girl again...
I kept it pretty simple with a few bright colored scraps on some kraft, a few (DIY) enamel dots and I called this card done! :)

Farm Fresh Friday: Anything Goes!
Happy Friday!!!
It's an ANYTHING GOES challenge today over at The Greeting Farm today!
Now, I'm definitely far from a football fan- but with it being pre-season I haven't heard the end of "WOOHOO it's football season!" or "YAY Football!" from my husband- LOL. Anyone else out there in the same boat?
Anyway, it just gave me the idea to use Quarterback Ian (& in my his favorite team colors!)
Check out all the details over at The Greeting Farm! Hope to see you play along!

Special Thanks
Since the school year has already started out here, I thought it would be a good idea to get some thank you cards ready!
My son is too young for school (whew!) but my two nieces that live nearby have some pretty awesome teachers this year, so I thought I'd get started on making some cards for my sister when she needs them throughout the year!
I used this super adorable Bookworm girl from Chi Chi Memories!

#copicsummer
A few weeks ago, Copic Markers had announced a summer contest they were holding throughout the month of August!
They offered up 2 free line drawings for you to download, color, post and tag on instagram #copicsummer, I just had to play along!
One of the available drawings was this awesome girl. I couldn't just color her and *not* put her on a card, so with a few pieces of scrap paper & some enamel dots later...
Thanks for stopping by- hope your week is off to a fabulous start!

Flying by...
I had a bit of time to do some coloring "just for fun" last night and couldn't wait to play with this new Greeting Fairy from Tiddly Inks! SO stinkin' sweet & cute!
I kept my card pretty simple with an embossed background, and added my sentiment using part of this Hero Arts Halloween greeting and word die-cut from Paper Smooches, which I used the inlaid technique on some washi & cardstock.
Thanks for stopping by!

Runway Inspired
Popping quick this Sunday to share a card I made for the Runway Inspired Challenge (#65)!
The lacy jacket & yellow pants inspired my card. I thought this Large Flower Background from Hero Arts looked perfectly lacy!
The bright red & silver shoes along with blue jacket in the audience popped at me so I added some sequins in those colors. And finally, the Winnie & Walter The Big, the Bold, & the Happy sentiment was a perfect match to the black lines along the jacket!
Thanks for stopping by! Enjoy the rest of your weekend! :)

FFF: Mini shaped card
Happy Friday!!!
I'm so happy that the weekend is here! Nothing big planned just happy for the weekend and more time to spend with the family! :)
This week Marcy is hosting over at The Greeting Farm for Farm Fresh Friday! & her challenge this week is to make a shaped card! I don't think to make these very often- so this was a fun challenge indeed!
I decided to make a cute, fun mini card using Up Up Bean!
The die is from a*muse studio, called Vintage Labels (I'm sorry can't seem to find it online!) & the 'hello' is from Winnie & Walter.
I think these would make some pretty cute lunch box notes for my nieces, so I think I'll have to make a couple more & sneak some to my sister to put in their backpacks or lunchboxes!
Hope to see you play along with us this week- check out all the deets over at The Greeting Farm blog!
I'm also entering this into the new Virginia's View Challenge- shaped cards!

Summer Love ♥
I'm blogging over at The Greeting Farm today!
From the minute I got the sweet My Sunshine set I had this idea to put them on a card together! Then if they weren't already perfect together... I got this Lawn Fawn Woodgrain backdrops stamp set and VOILA!
They make a pretty sweet couple huh? ;)
Thanks for swinging by.. I'll be back again tomorrow with the new TGF Farm Fresh Friday challenge!

Monster Sized Birthday!
Back again...
I just love seeing new companies pop up, especially when the images are cute as Create A Smile Stamps!
And to top it off they have some sweet freebies too! I'm linking up to enter their September guest designer search using this cute (yes, cute!) Monster!
I added some fun googly eyes in different sizes, and kept my card "CAS", glad to have another kiddie card in my stash! (& I definitely *NEED* more Create a Smile stamps in my stash too!)

How's it Hangin'?
Happy HUMP day!
I had some fun ME time last night and found decided to play along in the Tiddly Inks Challenge that I haven't played with in ages! This week's challenge is "Let's Hear it for the Boys!" & I definitely need to bump up my boy card collection!
I totally LOVE the new fairies that were just released and couldn't wait to get my hands on them! I also couldn't help but to pick up this cutie, Ricky Hanging Around! Totally reminds me of my son.. I just imagine finding him hanging upside down from the monkey bars somewhere in the not so far future ;)
I kept my card super simple & one layer...

August CCM Releases!
I'm still really in shock that it's already AUGUST... but a new month means NEW images over at Chi Chi Memories!! & these are definitely the cutest!
As I said in an earlier post, 2 of my nieces started school yesterday & I wanted to surprise them with a little something to kick off the school year! I used this adorable Bookworm girl to create these fun personalized tags for the girls to hang on their backpacks!
(neither of them wear glasses so I just made them into sunglasses ;))
I also made this fun card with another newbie, Hip Hop Girl!
Don't forget if you haven't checked it out yet - there's a Chi Chi Memories challenge too! The freebie might even still be available *wink wink*

More SD Layouts!
Just popping in to share a couple more scrapbook layouts that I did over the weekend, really trying to do some catch up! I'm likely about a year behind still! YIKES!
I'm working backwards with the most recent events first, I finally finished off the last of the layouts from our summer vacation trip in San Diego!
My sisters and I were determined to get some family photos on the beach!
(Unfortunately, 1 of my brother in laws had to travel last minute for work- so he's missing!)
and what's a trip to San Diego without a trip to the Zoo!?
(& see that cute lil Panda stamp? That's Shin-Shin from Sister Stamps!)
Thanks for stopping by! I'll have a few more to share later this week!
