Hope you all are enjoying your weekend... the weather has been absolutely beautiful here the past few days.. mid-70's in late November. A little unusual for this time of year, but I'm not complaining- I love it!
Last week was my sister's birthday... waited for her to receive the card before I post it here!
I used a Magnolia image of Tilda- my first! She is just so sweet... (I drew in the wood fence she's sitting on with my Copic multiliner pen). I also thought it fit well with the "Color-It" challenge over on Caardvarks!
Supplies:
- Tilda, Bow Sitting Sideways (Magnolia)
- Patterned Paper (Bloom & Grow- My Mind's Eye)
- Copic Markers, Multiliner pen, White gel ink pen
- Other: Ribbon, Stickles, buttons
Happy Birthday (again) Sis! Love you!!

BIG Announcement!!
Hi again! (this is my second post of the day so be sure to scroll down for the ISS blog hop!)
I am fortunate enough to have met some fabulous people in the blogging world that share my love (& addiction) to all things crafty! My super talented friend Jane recently became an illustrator for Squigglefly and was looking for a team to help her showcase her "doodles"- her drawings are so cute I could help but to jump at the chance to 'help'!!
So.. I am proud to say that I am a member of...
I am so excited! and SO excited for Jane to be illustrating for Squigglefly! Here are the 2 of the cards I made using her doodles.
First is Monster Smiley... he makes me think of Mike Wazowski from the movie, Monsters Inc- but instead of making him green.. I covered him in red flock! Thought he would be a perfect card to send to one of my nephew's for this birthday next week :)
And then with Christmas right around the corner I made this circle card with Jane's cute Reindeer Badge... couldn't help but to give him a shiny red nose
Go check out what my other NEW team members have done!

ISS Blog Hop: Ornaments!
Hi Everyone!!
Hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving and that you all survived the "Black Friday" shopping madness and came home with lots of good deals!
It's blog hop time over on InStyle Stamps! You should have arrived here from Melissa's blog, if not be sure to go back to ISS blog to start from the beginning. This month's theme is ornaments. When I heard that I knew exactly what I wanted to do- I used super adorable Sandy to make my ornaments.
I printed her two different sizes to fit my projects- just another reason why I love the digital images so much! First, I printed her small (about 2.5") to make her fit inside this glass bulb ornament. I printed her twice, flipped one of the images to sandwich a string in between the layers so you see her on both sides of the ornament, along with some fun chunky glitter for snow!
For my second ornament, I used my Labels 1 nestabilites set and cut out 4 pieces of cardstock all of the same size. I printed Sandy a little larger and mounted her with pop dots on both sides of the ornament.
Supplies:
- Sandy (InStyle Stamps)
- Ink: Copic Markers
- Labels 1 Nestabilities
- Other: Chunky Glitter, White flock, Liquid Applique, button, ribbon, string, gems
Thanks for coming by, your next stop on the hop is to JOY!! Be sure to end the hop back on the ISS blog
to vote for your favorite design team's project and for a chance to win!!

- Ink: Copic Markers, Copic multiliner- for the sidewalk
- Other: Stickles, ribbon, white gel pen, Thickers stickers (American Crafts), prima flower, gem
Thanks for stopping by.. looking forward to the short work week ahead. Can't wait for Thanksgiving & and hopefully finding some smokin' hot deals from Black Friday shopping!
Until next time... Hugs!

The Holidays Are Comin'!
Hi there! Hope you are all doing well- it's almost Friday- Woohoo!
It really hit me this week how quickly the holidays are creeping up on us- I can't believe Thanksgiving is next week- I still have a lot of shopping left to do!
I finally had the time to participate in the challenge over at Hero Arts this week. Shari's hosting the challenge to use "trimmings" and my floor is scattered with pieces of scrap paper and pieces of ribbon that are too small to wrap or tie a bow with (just asked my DH!) so this week's challenge is perfect to use all those bits!
My fab sister let me borrow her super adorable Holiday Dolls set - I couldn't help but to ink them up right away! I'm not usually a big fan of using non-traditional colors for holiday cards, but she's just too cute to color in the standard red & green!
Supplies:
- Holiday dolls; Jolly Christmas (Hero Arts)
- Scalloped circle; Standard circle nestabilities
- Snowflakes embossing folder
- Snowflake punch; Loopy loop border punch (Martha Stewart)
- Ink: Versafine; Copic markers
- Other: String, ribbon, felt ribbon, stickles, button, gems
Hope you have a great night!
