What She Said...

I'm having so much fun playing with some new stamps I got for my birthday earlier this month... (and there's *STILL* so much on my wishlist!)

My recent favorites include the Three Amigos from Mama Elephant! I definitely have a thing for critters and these are super cute and so much fun to color! My sister requested a (belated) birthday card for my nephew and thought this set would be perfect!

I kept the card simple by using scrap pieces of patterned paper and of course my favorite die-cut tag from Pretty Pink Posh!

Thanks for stopping by... until next time!

WooHOOT!

Hi again!!

2nd post of the day.. (scroll down to see my first post or click here)

I had some free time today during my son's nap to squeeze in some craftyness! It's been a little while since I played along with the Paper Smooches Sparks Designer Drafts challenge!

Paper Smooches

I thought what a better excuse to play with my new (to me) Chubby Chums stamps & I thought they'd fit perfectly with the sketch...

Here's my take:
WooHOO!

As I mentioned before, I used the Chubby Chums stamp set, I added the 'celebrate' from this Birthday Words dies set as a branch for the owls to perch upon! :)

Happy Day!

Oh happy day... It's Friday!!

Popping in quickly to share a card I made this week for Tiddly Inks!

Happy Day

I was in a purple-y kind of mood, and thought this Annabelle Puppy Love image was just the cutest!

Thanks for swinging by! Have a FABULOUS weekend!

Unforgettable!

I'm popping in to share a card I made for the new Sparkle and Shine Challenge! This week's challenge was a sketch... and you all know how much a love a sketch! :)

I've also been playing along with The Daily Marker (Kathy R's) 30 Day Coloring Challenge, which makes it so nice already having images colored and ready to go!

I colored this sweet elephant (yes another elephant!) from WPlus9's Unforgettable set! They are just too cute & fit perfectly for my take on the sketch along with the tag die & sequins from Pretty Pink Posh...

Unforgettable

Hello Ellie!

It's easy to say that I have found myself completely OBSESSED will all these cute elephants that have been released lately... they newest one from Avery Elle just arriving in my mailbox over the weekend- I couldn't wait to play with her!

So, I'm squeezing in just under the deadline for the Stripes Challenge at AEI♥U challenge!

With some washi tape, I masked off some lines, used distress inks to create a stripe pattern and stamped the little flower from the set in create a random background, added some more patterned washi tapes, and die cut the tag shape at an angle...

Baby Girl Ellie

Added the sweet elephant and sentiment, also from Avery Elle's We R Family and called it done! (oh, and we can't forget about the sequins too of course!)

Origami Birthday

There are 3 birthdays in March in my family (including mine!)... so we celebrate all month long! This past week was my dad's birthday!

He taught me how to fold origami when I was little, and I still love figuring out how to fold new things, so I just knew that I had to use this new (to me) Mama Elephant Origami stamp set on his card!

Origami Birthday

I paired it with the new Happy Birthday border die cut from Lawn Fawn to keep it as simple & "manly" as possible!

Thanks for stopping by! Happy Weekend!

I decided to ink up this cute Up Up Bean, and pair her up for some fun Springy colors to join the fun for the new Farm Fresh Friday challenge @The Greeting Farm too!

Hello Spring

Tag die is from Pretty Pink Posh (again..), Cloud die is MFT (no longer available), & sentiment is from Mama Elephant.

Hope you are able to enjoy some SPRING weather today! Thanks for stopping by!

Baked with Love ♥

Happy Friday!!

Popping in to share one of 2 cards I made for the new challenge over at Anya, Oddies & Others- it's another easy one- Anything Goes!

Using the newly released "Baked with Love" stamp set, I masked an stamped a cute little scene to watercolor with Distress Inks. (I colored this other day as apart of Kathy from The Daily Marker's 30-day Coloring challenge)

Baked with Love

It's a little hard to see in the photo, but I also randomly stamped the cupcakes, candle, & hearts from the same set in Distress Inks on the kraft background and slightly smudged the edges in the same ink. Die-cut tag is my favorite one from Pretty Pink Posh!

I'm also playing along with the Distress Addicts challenge at Lawnscaping!

Thanks for stopping by!

You're DINO-mite!

Been a few days since I last blogged- oops!

I'll have to admit, I'm in full-on nesting mode as we have just a few weeks left before our newest addition joins the family! & my blogging will be much more sparse I'm sure!

I'd been wanting to play along with Kathy's 30 Day Coloring Challenge, I just didn't know if I'd have the opportunity to join in for all 30 days, but thought I'd try!

I shared on Instagram last night a few images I was able to color up and just had to get them on a card this morning!

I used some new (to me) Lawn Fawn stamps, Critters from the Past- my 2 year old son totally loves dinosaurs at the moment, so I expect that he may hijack this card for himself! :) but I'm also squeezing it in to join the Dots & Stripes challenge at Lawnscaping too!

Enough chit chat... here's my card!

DINO-mite!

Thanks for stopping by! Hope you have a DINO-mite day!

Birthday Celebration!

Kicking off March with some birthday celebration is always a good time!

It actually started off with my own birthday earlier this week and today I'm joining in some Farm Fresh Friday fun to wish owner/illustrator of The Greeting Farm, Marie, a very HAPPY BIRTHDAY (her birthday is tomorrow)!!

What's a celebration without some cake right? Well, in this case a CUPcake! I created a cute clean and simple, mostly one layer card using Birthday Anya II!

Birthday Anya

With the exception of the sprinkle of sequins, and the SSS happy die-cut, my card is one layer! & I'm pretty happy with how it turned out even though I was itching to add more "stuff" to it! LOL

Be sure to head over to the TGF blog and check out what the others created to play along with the FFF Challenge as well as leave a birthday wish for Marie! (a little birdie told me there's an extra prize up for grabs!)

Tiddly Inks- Charmed!

Happy Tuesday!

It's time for another Tiddly Inks Challenge!

This week's theme is pretty simple... just ADD A CHARM!  I have to admit, I had to go digging in my old containers of trinkets to find my stash of charms- but I knew I had some! :) Be sure to check out all the details for the challenge HERE!

Friendship Perks

I used this sweet Thanks A Latte digi because I also wanted to create another card for the Spring Coffee Lovers blog hop too!(You can see the other card for the hop here.) There's still time to play along!

Back to this card, I took the coffee cups, heart and coffee bean stamps from Lawn Fawn's Love You a Latte and stamped a random background in Versamark ink. & the sentiment is from Simon Says Stamp's What's Brewing!

Choo Choo! It's Your Day!

Chugga Chugga Choo Choo!

Little Miss Muffet Stamps group on Facebook  was looking for some 'volunteers' to color up a custom train made up from the Linking Train images and the chance to win the entire set! Of course I had to jump on the opportunity as my son LOVES trains!

I received this sweet image of the Engine, Passenger Car & Caboose- I couldn't wait to get it colored up!

CHoo Choo It's Your Day!

I paired it with some fun patterns and some glittery washi tape- think I'll have to save this one for my son's birthday in a few months! ;)

Thanks to Barbara & Little Miss Muffet Stamps for this awesome freebie!
