2 More Bdays

Two more family birthday cards to share. The mail was a bit delayed getting to them so I wanted to wait before I posted here...

Back on Thanksgiving.. not only did my niece have her 5th birthday (see post here) but so did my wonderful sister! I made her this card with this cute Hanglar Stamp image
Garden girl

A couple of weeks later another niece turned 12... I can't believe she's already 12! She's into the recent peace sign trend so I thought "Peace" from The Greeting Farm was a perfect fit! :)
Celebrate today

Hope they had FABULOUS birthdays :)

It's the final challenge of the year for Tiddly Inks! And there's one huge prize up for grabs- one lucky (random) participant is going to win $20 worth of images!! I can't believe how fast this year has gone by!!

For this final challenge, we're playing with a "Let it Snow" theme... I found these fun snowflake ornaments and decided to jazz it up a bit! I added Christmas Pixie and now she is floating along with the other ornaments on my Christmas Tree!

O Christmas Tree...

O Christmas Tree..

We're back this week at Tiddly Inks with another challenge! This week- we challenge YOU to create a project that is inspired by a Christmas song/carol.

I chose this super cute image of the Bah-Huggabuggs since decorating has been on my brain (see this post if you missed it!)

It reminds me of one my favorite holiday songs- "Peace On Earth/Little Drummer Boy" by David Bowie & Bing Crosby

It's beginning to..

Look a lot like Christmas around my house!

We've started to pull out our Christmas decorations around our house and little by little (even in the desert!) it's beginning to look & feel a lot like Christmas! I thought I'd give a peek at some of our decor...

First is a wreath I made for my husband...

Yes those are little football helmets... he is a HUGE Indianapolis Colts fan!

I've recently started getting into a ton of wonderful home-decor idea blogs and found Poppies at Play- and I'm entering this in her Christmas Wreath or Sign contest (please leave a comment here & let you know what you think!)

This is "my" wreath I have hanging on our front door...

We have our tree up, but not decorated yet- that's today's plan for the day.. along with the lights outside, I'll share those later.  But in the meantime here are some other holiday decorations we have around the house...

Thanks for stopping by!

November Birthdays

Time for some catch up... 2 of my nieces had birthdays in November!

Here are the cakes & cupcakes that I made for their Fairy themed (Halloween) birthday party!

I made birthday cards in their favorite colors (& by favorite I mean Lauren likes pink and decided that her baby sis should like purple) Emi turned 2! She has a little stuffed bear that she always carries around, "Bear Bear" - I colored Cuddle Anya's bear to match him!
Purple Cuddle Bday

I couldn't resist showing you how cute she is.. dressed in her PURPLE fairy costume!

Lauren's birthday was on Thanksgiving this year (along with a certain someone I know- her card to be posted once I know she's received it) She's been taking some ballet classes and thought Ballerina Anya was perfect.. I even made her twirl...

Here is Miss PINK fairy.. I can't believe she's 5!
