Time for another challenge for The Greeting Farm's scrapbooking crew!
This week we have an awesome sketch designed by our very own Jacilynn!
I decided to do a layout for my NEPHEW this time! He turned 6 in February and my sister made these FABULOUS cupcakes for his safari/jungle themed party!
So onto the scrapbook page! I used elements from the In the Spotlight kit along with Birthday Boy Ian (minus his presents)
Supplies:
- In the Spotlight, Birthday Boy Ian (The Greeting Farm)
- Paper: Bazzill Basice Swiss Dotted, Paper Studion Kraft cardstock
- Ink: Printer, Colorbox Frost White, white gel pen
- Copics: C3, E000, E00, E21, R01, G99, YG91, YG95, 100
- Other: Ribbon, buttons, twine, alpha stickers (American Crafts & Pink Paislee), stitching rub-ons
Now head over to The Greeting Farm blog and be prepared to be inspired by the AMAZING scrapbook DT!

Tiddly Tuesday Challenge
It's time for another Tiddly Inks Challenge!
I can't believe that April is nearly over and Mother's Day is just around the corner! The Tiddly Inkers thought it was only fitting that we made this week's challenge Mom's day related :)
I used this SUPER adorable Whatcha Doing? girl for my card- I just had to have her when I saw her in the Tiddly Inks store!!
My mom's favorite color is red/maroon- and I'm still working on finding the right combo for reds with Copics (anyone have suggestions?)
Supplies:
- Whatcha Doin'? (Tiddly Inks); Simple & Basic Alphabet, You're the Best (Hero Arts)
- Rectangle Nestabilities
- Ink: Printer, Versafine Onyx Black, white gel pen
- Copics: C3, E000, E00, E21, R01, R46, R89, 100, multiliner
- Other: ribbon, buttons, string, gems
Be sure to check out the Tiddly Inks challenge blog for more inspiration from my fellow team members and for all the juicy details on how to enter to win a $10 voucher to the Tiddly Inks store!!

Sew Sew Fun!
It's Thursday again - so it's time for another SCRAPBOOKING Challenge over at The Greeting Farm!!
This week's challenge is SEW fun!! Use stitching of any kind -machine, faux- whatever floats your boat! (& TGF stamps of course!!)
I chose to use some rub-on stitching (that I almost forgot I had!) and did a layout of my oldest NIECE! I can't believe how fast time flies- feels like just yesterday she was a tiny little baby- and now she's 11!
I'm still using the stamps from the fabulous "In the Spotlight" kit! (have you ordered yours yet?!) I also did some altering to Anya in the set- I swapped heads with Yoga Anya's & drew in some eyes
(a la Amy Young style LOL!)
Supplies:
- In the Spotlight; Yoga Anya (The Greeting Farm)
- Cardstock: Making memories, Bazzill Basics
- Ink: Memento Tuxedo Black, Colorbox Frost white
- Copics: B32, B35, BG02, BG05, C3, E000, E00, E11, E21, 100
- Other: buttons, felt lace, pearl gems, alpha stickers (American Crafts; Pink Paislee), rubons
Thanks for swinging by as always! Be sure to go to The Greeting Farm blog to see all the fabulous work from my scrappin' sistas and all the details for the challenge!

TGF Scrapbook Release Day & Challenge!
It's RELEASE day on The Greeting Farm....
TODAY is the day you can get your own little hands on the "In the Spotlight" scrapbook/stamping kit!!
I just love the versatility of all the stamps in this set.. as you've seen I've made 3 totally different layouts (4 if you count the one I'm about to share with you)... and I haven't even made a card with it yet!
For this layout, I decided to use one my favorite photos of my DH and I from a few years back- it was one of those "self portraits" that turned out pretty good!
I kept my layout pretty simple this time and I surprised myself... I didn't use any patterned papers- and didn't color anything with Copics! (shocking I know!) If you hadn't noticed by now- I'm a fan of faux stitching with a white pen & BUTTONS!! Cannot make anything these days with at least a button on it- LOL!
Supplies:
- In the Spotlight (The Greeting Farm)
- Labels 8 nesties
- Cardstock (Bazzill Basics)
- Ink: Versafine Onyx Black, Colorbox Frost White, white gel pen.
- Other: buttons, string, candy dots
TODAY is ALSO our 1st WEEKLY SCRAPBOOKING CHALLENGE!
JOIN the new team of Scrapbooking Guest Designers with our "TGF THURSDAY" Challenges for inspiration, ideas, prizes, and MORE! TGF Thursdays will mostly consist of Scrapbooking projects with the occasional card or altered item thrown in, so please plan accordingly... our FIRST TGF THURSDAY CHALLENGE IS...

Create a layout using TGF stamps. Upload to TGF Galleria>SB Kit Gallery>Contests/Challenges>SB Debut. You have through Tuesday, April 19th to upload your creation.
ONE WINNER will be chosen from this challenge to WIN their choice of TGF SINGLE (in stock) stamp! GOOD LUCK to all who enter and can't wait to see what you come up with!

FFF: Spring Cleaning
Happy Friday!!
Sorry this post is a little late for some of you... I just got home from the most AWESOME concert ever- Michael Buble puts on the GREATEST show :)
Well anyway, you're here to see crafty stuff so I'll get on with it... this week for the new TGF Scrapbook team, we're participating in the Farm Fresh Friday contest!
This week's challenge is: SPRING CLEANING!
"Use something you either:
a.) found that you forgot you had or
b.) were going to throw OUT but decided to use it for this challenge." On your honor! Make it fun!
This was a perfect challenge for me- as it made me go thru the mounds of paper scraps I have collected... from projects where I was sparing every itty bitty piece of paper because I couldn't bare part with it thinking that I would "someday" need it! LOL
Every piece of paper & cardstock on this layout was cut from a scrap- either it was in the almost toss pile because the edges were ripped or torn- or I made a "boo-boo" trying to stamp something etc... you get the point!
I did another layout of another one of my nieces... she dressed up as a ladybug last halloween (wearing a red & black tutu made by yours truly!)
Supplies:
- In the Spotlight (The Greeting Farm)
- Cardstock: Bazzill Basics; Patterned paper: Paper Pizazz
- Ink: Fired Brick Red Distress ink, Versafine Onyx Black, Memento Tuxedo black
- Copics: C1, E000, E00, E11, E21, R46, R89, 100
- Other: ribbon, stickles, glittered gems
I used the butterfly image from the "In the Spotlight" set to give Anya some wings and added some stickles dots for a little bling! :)
Thanks for stopping in- be sure to check out the TGF blog for all the deets on the SPRING CLEANING challenge!!
Have a WONDERFUL weekend!

We will be doing weekly scrapbooking challenges on Thursdays, too, starting with our first one on RELEASE DAY! (4/15). Until then, we have more previews up our sleeves and will be celebrating the release with a DT "Scraphop" taking place on the 14th all day with chances to WIN this kit!
In addition, a SPECIAL PRESALE is happening TODAY ONLY only here! The kit retails for $28 BUT, for TODAY ONLY, Marie is offering FREE SHIPPING as well on the "Spotlight!" Kit! Again, that's through TODAY ONLY, 4/5/10!!! CLICK HERE TO GET YOURS NOW!!
The Anya in the kit is an exclusive Anya that won't be released separately!
I'll be back on Friday with another preview of the new "In the Spotlight" kit and TGF's Farm Fresh Friday challenge, so we'll see you back then!
Thanks for stopping by!
